All public courses are delivered online via . The course is a mixture of instructor-facilitated presentations and discussions and practical consulting simulations where you will collaborate with other course participants to prepare for, run and review simulated consulting meetings with the course facilitator (who plays the role of different "clients" or stakeholders). You can also get a quote to run this course exclusively for your own team as a classroom or course.
