As government social distancing and travel restrictions are lifted we would be pleased to run this 2-day course for your team at your location using your training facilities anywhere in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe or Asia. You just need to provide the training rooms and equipment.

During government social distancing and travel restrictions we are delivering the course as a highly interactive, remotely delivered online course using zoom.

What you need for Zoom online course

Each course participant will need their own computer and broadband internet connection to join one of our online courses:

  • Laptop or desktop computer with a keyboard, speakers, webcam and microphone (feel free to wear a headset or earbuds if you prefer). We recommend participants do not join a course via an iPad/tablet or phone as this will limit their ability to collaborate with other participants in consulting meeting preparation sessions: we recommend each person uses a device with a keyboard and mouse/trackpad. See the zoom system requirements.
  • Zoom video conference application version 5.7 or higher loaded on each participant's computer (free from https://zoom.us/download)
  • Miro online whiteboard application loaded on each participant's computer (free from https://miro.com/apps)
  • Broadband internet connection (wired or mobile): minimum bandwidth 8.0Mbps/8.0Mbps up/down. For comparison a standard nbn broadband service is around 25Mbps. You can test the bandwidth (i.e. speed) of your internet connection: https://www.speedtest.net
